Savage X Fenty is looking for a Merchandise Planner.

With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we´re currently looking for a Merchandise Planner for a full-time, unlimited position based out of our Berlin office.

How Do You Fit In?

This position will report to the General Manager - Europe.

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for all performance reporting e.g. Monday reporting, month-end reporting, quarterly hindsight, line cards.- Develop and maintain annual, seasonal, and monthly merchandise plans for multiple product categories- Manage the financial success of the business by meeting sales goals and maintaining healthy inventory levels- Recap and analyze actual sales results vs. plan and forecast in-season sales and inventory on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis- Quantify in-season risks and opportunities and make recommendations to merchant team and management to drive results- Communicate monthly Open-to-Buy forecasts and supporting action plans to management and cross functional teams- Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders for future season planning- Prepare innovative ad-hoc financial analysis for management as needed- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional team members, including teams based in Los Angeles and other international offices- Assist with special projects when needed.- Assist in managing and training the Buying and Planning Coordinator.

**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree, business/finance degree preferred- Minimum of 3-5 years of wholesale or retail apparel planning / analyst experience- Solid understanding of financial measurements including sales, gross margin, inventory turn, ST%, weeks of supply and how to impact them- Expertise in retail math and OTB planning- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines- Ability to work independently on simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work under pressure in an environment of constant change and shifting priorities.- Demonstrate strong listening, written, communication and time-management skills
