**Global Strategic Alliance Manager (f/m/d)**
Connect remote and based Germany or Netherlands

Cooperation with partners has a high priority for LeanIX. In this context, we have built up a comprehensive partner and alliances ecosystem in recent years which we want to further expand and deepen. In this regard we are looking to expand our Alliance Management Team with an additional Alliance Manager (f/m/d) for global strategic alliances. You will be responsible for the establishment, management and expansion of strategic alliances. You will provide thought leadership and advise on partnering priorities, based on a deep understanding of alliance partners’ business initiatives & strategies and the competitive landscape and ensure alignment with LeanIX strategy.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Establish and maintain strategic alliances with global acting consulting firms and system integrators and expand these collaborations globally
- Be the single point of contact and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders of the alliance partners
- Drive joint GTM activities with the alliance partners, define joint business plans, provide active sales support for the partner in joint customer opportunities and host regular QBRs to review progress against mutual GTM goals
- Manage the enablement of alliance partners to fully leverage the technological possibilities of the LeanIX technology to accelerate their consulting services to end-customers
- Orchestrate different teams at LeanIX like sales, sales engineering, customer success management, product and marketing to ensure a good support of alliance partner activities for LeanIX customers and customer prospects

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 5+ years of alliance management experience in forming and scaling global strategic partnerships that span multiple verticals and regions
- Work experience within either a global technology or management consulting firm
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships both inside and outside of LeanIX. Comfortable to liaise with stakeholders on alliance partner side on all levels up to executives
- Strong leadership skills, ability to orchestrate various cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneur mindset, highly goal oriented, tenacity and the ability make things happen
- International mindset, experienced to work in a global context and ability to travel
- Fluent in English, proficiency in German is an advantage
