LeanIX is growing rapidly and seeks a Director of Digital Marketing (f/m/d), based in Bonn (Germany) or Boston (USA), with a demonstrated track record in overseeing Demand Generation and Customer experience. We are looking for an experienced executive with holistic views into buyers’ journeys to drive growth and give future customers a perfect experience. This critical role will work closely with our Content Marketing, Customer Marketing and Customer Success Teams to ensure LeanIX prospects receive superior content and a direct view into the benefits of being a customer. The role will report to the Director Global Demand Generation.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Design and execute the global customer acquisition strategy, and establish best-in-class practices across paid and organic digital channels such as Paid Social, Native, Paid Search, SEO, and Programmatic Display
- Develop a CX strategy that delivers an effective buyers journey and encompasses an effective product demo/test/trial stage and follow-through
- Build, manage, and develop a global team (currently 4 fte's based EMEA) of highly-capable marketers in a performance-driven culture
- Use data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels
- Have a passion for innovation, collaborating across multiple functions and driving business results for both the short and long term
- Collaborate with Data Science and Tech to develop tooling, automation, and new measurement methodologies, improve measurement rigor, and optimize performance

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 6+ years of experience directly managing digital marketing (teams) preferred on international level and preferred in SaaS industry
- 3+ years of experience with building, managing, and inspiring a (international) team of direct reports
- Expert knowledge of SEM / SEO and Programmatic online channels as well as web & app tracking setup and troubleshooting.
- Substantial analytical skills and experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV)
- Experience working with online ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GDN, and other DSP’s
- Confident in communicating across the organization, with cross-functional stakeholders, and to executive leadership
