**Normative is now looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, DACH market**

Normative is accelerating the transition to a net zero world. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints.

Every member of our team is passionate about fighting climate change and driven by a strong sense of purpose in supporting organisations achieve their climate goals.

To do this, Account Executives align with prospective customers in specific geographic regions, and sell the value of the Normative Carbon Accounting system. They are trusted advisors, who drive new customer success by being responsible for the whole sales cycle, from outreach to handover to our Climate Strategists and Account Managers

“Be One Team” is one of our core value which means as an Account Executive you are supported by various teams such as SDRs, Climate Strategists, Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Operations and Sales Enablement amongst others. This role is reporting to the Head of Sales, DACH, who is there to support you on your Normative journey.

This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first persons in the DACH region and join a fast-growing, mission driven company, and a green tech market that is estimated to reach over $50B in the next few years.

**What you will do**:

- Have an ability - and desire - to understand customer's problems and sell solutions that solve them.
- Provide initial presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Aim to reach sales targets through meetings sourced by you, with some support provided by the Sales Development team.
- Be ruthlessly efficient at drilling into deal blockers and disqualifying leads that are a bad fit, and focus on the health of your pipeline.
- Be process driven and have an ability to understand sales metrics to build, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline via Salesforce to be able to reach quota.
- Be target driven, with the ability to show resilience and persistence to reach a quota of deals per month.
- Have the ability to to analyse your territory, prioritise work, plan activity and execute.
- Have an ability - and desire - to engage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, at all level of the organisation
- Be a learner and ensure you are up to date with knowledge and provide the best recommendations to your customers.

**We believe you**:

- Have experience from a role as Account Executive or a similar role where you have worked with the full-cycle B2B-sales, preferably in SaaS-companies
- Have experience from closing more complex deals and can show a good track record of meeting or exceeding your targets.
- Have the ability to navigate ambiguous and fast-changing priorities, inherent to a fast-growing organisation
- Have a highly collaborative approach with the ability to navigate change with agility and align teams around common objectives
- Be unafraid to fail with the capacity to bounce back and learn from what did not work
- Care deeply about making a real contribution towards a sustainable future. If you also have some previous experience from working or studying within that field - that’s amazing
- Be a tech-savvy individual with the ability to learn quickly
- Have excellent communication skills in English and German. Other languages are considered to be a plus.

**Location**

Normative has offices in Stockholm, London and Copenhagen. We expect the team in Frankfurt to work mainly from the office, but mobile work flexibility can be discussed.
