**Responsibilities**

**We are looking for an individual with strong commercial and trading orientation to manage E.ON´s flow volumes and who**
- Serves as primary market interface for E.ON’s positions across various markets and ensures successful position management.
- Manages the power and gas supply portfolio to the market, including the strategic selection of market channels.
- Ensures business compliance and focus on seamless execution of trade flow incl. the final delivery of positions.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with external counterparties and exchanges, engages in Market Making activities and other initiatives.
- Closely collaborates with speculative traders. Engages in discussions about positions, trading strategies and market opportunities to maximise group value.
- Shows demonstrated interest and desire to contribute to the development of E.ON´s digitalisation space. This includes driving deal flow automation, algorithmic trading topics as well as the development of trading tools and the implementation of business solutions in collaboration with E.ON Energy Market IT Teams.

**Qualifications**
- University degree or equivalent with a significant mathematical content and / or in Engineering or Economics
- Ideally trading experience in energy markets
- Understanding of European energy markets and interaction of commodities / markets
- Familiarity with algorithmic trading strategies and execution algorithms. Previous experience in using or developing algorithmic trading tools advantageous.
- Coding language skills (such as Python, VBA or similar) advantageous, but not essential
- Commercial thinking and high degree of initiative
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- High level of commitment and team spirit
