Position: Inside Sales Account Representative - Full Time Job Location: Munich Germany

**Role Overview**:We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative to join our Client’s Global Alliances team. In this role, you will work closely with our Client’s EMEA and Country IBM & Kyndryl Business Development Managers (BDMs). Primary responsibilities are to optimize renewal business, discover new business opportunities including identify, nurture, and help
- close opportunities for the Client’s EMEA Global Alliances Team.
Your role is to manage the sales process from quotation through to order processing to ensure we deliver partnership success. Working across the functions to help deliver revenue and help manage forecasts on a weekly basis, tracking customer data, including working with internal and external partner teams to expand the business and create solutions that serve the best interests of our customers.
**Position Description**
- Have thorough experience in working and attaining aggressive sales quotas
- Lead and work with Sales & regional Account Management teams to grow customer revenue in software solutions and services.
- Proactively engage with customers, partners, and distributors on a daily basis within the remit of our rules of engagement, pricing matrix and providing advice & quotations.
- Help close, process, and track orders collaborating with the opportunity owner, using
- Manage forecasts and track customer data using (SFDC).
- Help manage a complex sales cycle from deal registration and requests for proposal (RFP), including any legal and finance sign offs, to closing.
- Help improve GAP sales processes and guide the GAP enablement activities and campaigns.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:
- Highly collaborative and customer success-driven individual who enjoys working in a matrixed organization with virtual teams Must be sales oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, a second language also an advantage.
- Worked in and/or has an interest and base understanding of High-tech Industry.
- Understanding the complete sales cycle management from prospect to close
- Solid customer-focused skills, ability to build long-term relationships with Partners by establishing trust and credibility.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and highly collaborative.
- 2+ years of proven sales quota attainment and solutions sales experience in software or high-technology offerings.
- Experience using CRM tool for collaboration - in specific Sales Force and Tableau.
