"At NetApp, we fully embrace and advance a diverse, inclusive global workforce with a culture of belonging that leverages the backgrounds and perspectives of all employees, customers, partners, and communities to foster a higher performing organization." - George Kurian, CEO **Job summary**: The essential responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative are to support the existing account teams for large customers in the ‘Enterprise’ segment and to work directly with customers to develop and advance sales opportunities. **Job requirements**: - Customer Engagement: Develop relationships with clients in large accounts, understand their needs, challenges and IT requirements, and provide solutions aligned with their goals. - Sales Support: Assist the account team, including preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations and taking over responsibility for smaller opportunities. - Sales Execution: Collaborate closely with the account team to execute account plans, aligning with the overall company objectives. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to address client needs effectively. - Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's IT solutions and services in hybrid cloud and cloud to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients. - Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify leads within the larger accounts, as well as actively seek out opportunities in smaller deals, maintaining a robust sales pipeline. - Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM system, manage the sales pipeline, and track progress for smaller deals. - Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities for professional development, refining sales techniques, and staying updated on technological advancements within the IT industry **Education**: - Degree in technical or business curriculum or equivalent professional experience - Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and in a team environment - Broad exposure to a variety of data storage and cloud technologies/concepts is preffered but no essential - Highly organized and disciplined with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues within departments across functions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, customer service and negotiation skills - Previous experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or Cloud is preferred, but not essential - Entry level role which would suit those with at least 1 year relevant experience in IT/Tech Sales. - Fluent English & German Why NetApp?
