We are currently looking for a Country Leader/Business Unit Head to join our team in Germany.

This is a critical role within the ACCU Technical Solution GmbH, which is part of the international ACCU Group. ACCU EMEA provides intelligent solutions for supply chain quality management and third-party logistics (3PL), delivering reliable and efficient services to both global and local clients. We do Quality Control Services, Rework and Assembly, and Warehousing & Logistics in the automotive, e-mobility, battery, electronics, renewable, or aerospace industry. ACCU EMEA is a member of AccuService Group.

Tasks

Duties and responsibilities

\- Management of all departments and supporting teams in strategical tasks (sales, operation, HR, finance, quality, IT), including cost control

\- Analyze and explore market trends, identify new opportunities, and set the business unit’s strategies for development in alignment with Accu Group strategy

\- Analyze, plan and develop business projects (3PL/Quality Gates/Manpower Service

projects) and ensure their successful execution by the operation team until the full

completion including AR collection and review with customers

\- Build an effective relationship with clients, including solving complaints and continuous enhancement of clients´ satisfaction

\- Train, mentor, and motivate the staff

\- Close cooperation with HQ departments, including regular reporting

\- Integration of policies and procedures of the Group in BU operations

**Requirements**:

\- Master’s degree

\- Experience in 3PL or Automotive industry

\- 8+ years of working experience in sales management/ operation management/ HR &
Admin management in relevant industry areas with cross-department knowledge

\- Business skills to proactively identify new opportunities and exploit them to the benefit of the company

\- The ability to analyze and evaluate information and to develop corresponding effective strategies

\- Leadership abilities include the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively

\- Strong results-orientation

\- German and English (advanced); Chinese/French/Russian/Korean language as an

advantage
