In this role, you will join the Analytics & AI team. They drive technical innovation and play a pivotal role in shaping the overarching data strategy. As part of this team, you will be the Lead Data Product Manager for the business domains of New Energy, Supply & Optimization, Risk, and Storage.

You will lead a team of data professionals (Data Product Managers, Data Solution Engineers, Data Scientists and Data Engineers), who develop standardized data products, reports, dashboards, and datasets for self-service BI, advanced analytics, and AI solutions.

You should have a solid track record in data, analytics & data science analytics/ product management roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Furthermore, you should have a solid data solution architecture understanding, preferably in Azure Cloud (AWS, GCP ) combined with strong hands-on skills in Power BI, SQL and Python.

| REMOTE SETUP

You can work remotely in this role, but you will regularly travel (~1-3 times/ month) to the office in Hamburg (Travel costs will be covered).

| ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will...

Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative, agile and innovative work environment

Serve as the Lead Product Manager for the delivery of standardized Data & AI products while ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives

Collaborate closely with all business units to define and prioritize product requirements and with the Head of Data & Analytics to align strategies, manage budgets and achieve business objectives.

Oversee the end-to-end development of reports, dashboards, and datasets using Azure, Databricks, and Power BI

Utilize advanced analytics and AI solutions to enhance data products and stay up-to-date with the newest market trends

Salary of 90-110k€ / year + Bonus on top (+~8% yearly salary)
