**Head of Sales Taiwan (M/F/d)**:
**Your tasks**:

- Achieve sales targets for MVTec Taiwan, driving new customer acquisition and expanding the existing customer base.
- Lead the local sales team, establishing and growing MVTec Taiwan as a successful subsidiary.
- Develop and implement the sales strategy in collaboration with the HQ sales team and ensure effective execution.
- Independently generate leads, identify business opportunities, and manage complex customer relationships.
- Work closely with HQ teams on sales processes, reporting, and event participation.

**You require**:

- Proven leadership skills in managing large and small accounts as well as a team of experienced sales managers.
- Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in machine vision or related technologies.
- Successful sales track record overachieving sales targets and winning new customers.
- Experience in contract negotiations and offer management.
- Technical interest in machine vision software and the ability to independently generate business opportunities.
- Fluent in Taiwanese and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ideally experienced in working within an international company.
- Experience in establishing and leading local branches, ideally with knowledge of the Taiwanese market.
- Willingness to travel up to 60%.
