Senior Specialist, Internal Communications

We're currently looking for an** Internal Communications & Events Senior Specialist (all genders) **to join the Corporate Communications Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Your mission**:

- Contribute to a People & Culture communications strategy in conjunction with the broader internal communications, external communications and the management team
- Build out an internal community with internal initiatives and visibility campaigns on People & Culture topics
- Ensure organizational initiatives, projects and crisis & change management projects are successfully communicated to employees and internal stakeholders via robust campaigns and events
- Work together with other departments to ensure initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to everyone in the organization
- Support regular communication to our Heroes from the management team through various channels including corporate events
- Act as first point of contact on People & Culture communications, providing advice and support on messaging and best practice
- Liaise with colleagues and leaders across the globe to encourage the exchange of information through a number of channels and support employee engagement
- Master the hybrid event set-up to make sure we reach out to all Heroes across the global
- Storyboard or translate ideas to the digital and brand team of art directors, producers and designers
- Build a robust community of internal ambassadors to help build a strong employer brand

**Your heroic skills**:

- You are a driven and passionate internal communications expert
- 4 years + experience within internal communications and a focus on People & Culture topics and employee events management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related field
- Exemplary writing, messaging and storytelling skills in English
- Previous experience working in a communications position supporting People & Culture teams
- Effective collaboration and project management skills
- Agile, able to work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Solution focused, and constantly looking for ways to improve our mission to deliver an amazing employee experience
