Delivery Hero is looking for an Internal Communication and Employer Branding Specialist (f/m/d) to join the Delivery Hero Europe Internal Communication and Employer Branding Specialist function on a 6 month Interim Assignment. Create the ability to communicate to fellow and future Hero’s as we strive towards Delivery Hero’s journey for profitability and growth The role is located in Berlin and will report to the Senior Manager.

**Your mission**:

- Coordination and implementation of internal communication campaigns
- Leading Employer Brand projects and working with relevant stakeholders to align timelines and make sure deliverables are on time and have the quality needed
- Leading projects working alongside internal and external stakeholders, coordinating on timelines, content creation and logistics

**Your heroic skills**:

- Completed business administration degree, ideally with a focus on marketing, communication and/or HR
- Professional experience in the field of employer branding or communication
- Ability to prepare complex relationships in a way that is appropriate for the target group
- Creativity and good English language skills
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
- Independent and committed personality
