**Our story**

Our Berlin-based Communications team is looking for a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist (m/w/d) who will support and implement Lieferando's communication strategy.

**Your Team's mission**

Our Corporate Communication team's mission is to build and protect Lieferando's brand and business reputation in Germany and Austria, to inform the press about Lieferando's sustainable, growing and trusted business, technologies and digital services enabling tens of thousands of restaurant or grocery partners on its platform, and to act as a centre of expertise to align communications across the company with one voice.

**All about the role
**As a Communications Manager and spokesperson of Lieferando's Corporate Communications Team for Germany and Austria, you will have the opportunity to develop and drive a broad range of communication measures for a high-profile food tech company into relevant media, proactively and reactively.

Mentored and in close collaboration with our Senior Corporate Communications Lead, the role's scope and tasks include for example:

- Develop communication strategies, tactics and execute operational plans
- Work with journalists from a diverse media landscape across Germany and Austria, including national, regional and local newspapers, business magazines, TV and radio formats, trade outlets, tech and political desks.
- Create narratives also based on internal news combined with researches of media-relevant trends, market developments and cultural trends
- Write, align and compile diverse press materials, e.g. news releases, statements, Q&As, fact sheets, backgrounders or other communications materials, eg. for LinkedIn or Blogs. Manage the creation of multimedia assets like photos or videos for vivid comms-kits with agency support
- Educate editors on potential misunderstandings concerning the employment and working conditions of our delivery service's thousands of couriers, as well as regarding our digital marketplace services, added value for restaurant or grocery partners.
- Prepare briefings for our General Management, and leadership team, and accompany them at interviews or speaking opportunities
- Work with experts and project owners across different departments and business entities. E.g. with our Management Team, Sales, Marketing, Partner Account Management and Legal department, as well as our logistic entity's Courier Communications, Operations, to prepare and align meaningful information
- Take ownership of appropriate/suitable projects, implement them independently at your own discretion.

**Can you deliver**
- Ca. 5 years of experience in PR or external communications, ideally for high-profile companies
- Profound writing and oral communication skills
- Strategic thinking and solid project management skills
- Team-oriented attitude
- Work hands-on with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent German and good English language skills
