As an Internal Communications and People Projects Specialist, you will be shaping and executing the internal communication strategy primarily within the Talent and Culture space. By timely and transparent communication, you will foster a positive and informed workplace culture, enhance engagement and create a sense of community. As a wizard with words, you have a passion for crafting clear and concise communication, including inspiring call-to-actions just as step-by-step descriptions of processes in the People Project area. With your customer-centric mindset, you are a talent in conveying complex information in an understandable manner.

**Job responsibilities**
- Find new and innovative ways to keep our people informed; delivering internal campaigns and driving-up engagement.
- Independently create target group oriented messages and content (text, video, photo, slide decks, graphics).
- Transfer complex information into formats that can be easily understood and applied (guidelines, playbooks etc.), while ensuring they are compliant with the local and firm wide policies in both German and English
- Support a network of contributors in the implementation of their communication activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to your senior stakeholders, so it’s important that you can build positive relationships, prioritise workloads and manage expectations.
- Constantly collect feedback, review and adjust communication.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Relevant corporate communications experience or a recognised qualification in communications, marketing or similar.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (Fluent German & English), with an ability to flex your style between corporate needs and storytelling, maintaining our warm and friendly tone of voice.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail; joining dots quickly and breaking down complex topics into easy to understand content.
- Excellent organisation skills with ability to juggle competing priorities and to work in a complex matrix organization.
- Project management skills with ability to think through and manage stakeholders from different areas.
- Digitally savvy with ability to work with different tools and adaptive in terms to learn new ones; very good knowledge of MsOffice (including MsTeams, Sharepoint).

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Experience in HR or similar people oriented areas
- Experience in delivering in-person and virtual events
