About the role: For our Corporate Communications (CC) Department located at FUJIFILM’s European Headquarters in Ratingen (near Düsseldorf) we are looking for a **Web Management and Digital Engagement Specialist (f/m/d)** The aim of the Corporate Communications Department is to help create a strong and appealing Fujifilm brand. The CC team works with numerous internal and external stakeholders to ensure a unified, strong image that is in line with Fujifilm's global communications strategy. More specifically, it provides company information, statements, press releases, digital content, promotional material, and organises numerous in-person and virtual events. **Responsibilities**: The Web Management and Digital Engagement Specialist is a new role within the team that manages the entire architecture and updating of European corporate sites. The new member will report to the European Online Communications Manager, and contribute to strengthening the maintenance of European web portals, supporting colleagues in the EMEA region with updates, organising translations and the use of the technical environment, and managing important new global projects that Headquarters will launch in the future. The resource will also collaborate with other company functions (in corporate and business divisions) that deal with digital development and innovation, with the aim of constantly improving the appeal and effectiveness of Fujifilm's online presence. **More in detail**: - Development of global web development and management operations in cooperation with Fujifilm Tokyo Headquarters, and all corporate functions. - Development of SEO strategies and measures and their communication. - Collaboration with business divisions to improve the digital experience of corporate platform users - Collaboration with teams dedicated to the development of new solutions (e.g. AI) to identify new opportunities to optimise the digital experience. - Development of internal communication actions. - Domain management in cooperation with colleagues in EMEA and Fujifilm's headquarters in Tokyo. - Administration management.
