(willing to personally pick or locate items in the warehouse under certain circumstances) Manage and maintain inventory accuracy, including tracking stock levels andcoordinating regular cycle counts. Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety standards and company policies.Optimize warehouse space utilization and coordinate efficient layout and storage ofproducts. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smoothworkflow and timely order fulfillment. Utilize warehouse management systems to track product locations, stock levels, andshipment schedules. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping/receiving issues.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency andreduce operational costs. RequirementsYour background and skills: At least completed vocational training in warehouse specialist, warehouse logistics specialist, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of work experience Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex operations. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Your attributes: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and performance-driven. Can-do attitude and hands-on mindset. Proactive, dynamic, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
