**Sales Support Specialist (M/F/d) for protection and switching devices**:

As a competent contact person (M/F/d) in internal sales for protection and switching devices, you advise our customers and partners on all aspects of offers and orders. You coordinate all necessary internal steps to ensure smooth procurement of our products for our customers. In case of technical queries, you will organise the necessary documents and information from our suppliers in Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, Poland and Finland.

**This position reports to**:
Marketing Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for technical and commercial order processing with the customer, involving the ABB factories involved.
- Coordination of the commercial framework conditions for framework agreements with the responsible specialist department
- Preparation of quotations and sending them to the customer
- Checking the customer's order for conformity with the offer or the award protocol with regard to technical and commercial content
- Ensuring that a solution is found in the event of deviations in the contents
- Preparing the technical documents, entering the customer data in SAP and tracking the project status in SAP
- Coordinating the delivery with our order processing department and ensuring that the customer's delivery dates and payments are met
- Support in complaints management with close coordination with quality management

**Your background**:

- Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training, preferably with previous sales experience
- professional experience in internal sales is an advantage
- fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong customer orientation
