Are you interested in working on personnel development issues in an international context? Then these could be your future challenges: - You will oversee our RWE Supply & Trading GmbH Academy and organise internal and external training sessions evaluate feedback, and further develop our training portfolio - You will assist in the planning, organisation, implementation, and evaluation of development tools and measures - You will conduct research on innovative learning methods and tools (e.g. Blended Learning) and future development and leadership topics (e.g. Digital Leadership) - You will provide support for general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations (e.g. designing and planning training sessions and workshops) - You will take on your own projects and HR initiatives **Your powerful skills** - You are studying in the field of business administration, industrial psychology, or a related program - You have gained initial experience in the field of personnel development - You are characterised by a structured work approach, high reliability, and independence - You creatively solve problems and have a "hands-on" mentality, and you are a true team player - You have very good proficiency in both German and English, as well as solid knowledge of MS Office products (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint) **Advantageous, but not a must** - Initial experience with SuccessFactors Learning **Benefits you can rely on** - You will have numerous exciting learning opportunities and gain interesting insights into the field of talent and organizational development - You will be part of RWE during an exciting phase: the transformation into an international electricity producer with a focus on renewable energies and storage - The opportunity to build a valuable professional network for your future career Flexible working hours in coordination with your team Any questions?
