**Internship HR Learning & People Experience**: - **Location(s)**: - Essen, NW, DE, 45141 **RWE Supply & Trading GmbH** **To start as soon as possible, full time / part time, fixed term (6-12 months)** Do you want to learn how modern development operates within a big company and actively support our HR People and Organisational Development team? Do you want to work on people development topics in an international environment? **About the role** - Organise and manage internal and external training courses, evaluate feedback and enhance our training portfolio. - Assist in the planning, organisation, implementation, and evaluation of development instruments and measures. - Monitor and manage key performance indicators related to our training and development initiatives. - Explore and research new learning methods and tools, such as blended learning and stay up-to-date with future development trends. - Support our colleagues in general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations. **Job requirements and experience** - Currently studying in the field of business administration, business psychology or a comparable program. - Demonstrate a structured, detail-oriented work style, as well as high reliability and independence. - Solve problems creatively and with a "hands-on" mentality and be a genuine team player. - Have excellent German and English language skills, as well as proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint). **Advantageous, but not essential** - Have gained initial experience in the field of people development. - Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning.
