Head of Home Connection

**Your mission**:
As Head of Home Connection, you will take on responsibility for definition of the planning, general processes, tools and normative, globally, of the activity of Home Connection to install a fiber connection to customers. The actual execution of the activity is in the responsibility of the Regional Deployment organization, to which the Head Of Home Connection will be providing full support and share objectives. As part of the CTIO organization, you will lead a team that will provide all the technical directives, planning definition, tools and provide support in centralized process or technical civil works normative. The expertise in the area of the Head Of Home Connection will allow to lead projects in the Company related to improvement or onboarding, as examples. You will work in coordination with the responsible in the Regions and the other central departments that are involved in the connections of customers.
- Lead the technical definition of the fiber home installations normative, process and procedures, tools to be used globally in UGG´s fiber deployment projects by the teams in charge of the home installation
- Lead transversal projects for improvement, efficiency, quality or capacity (onboarding), amongst others
- Implement central support areas to the Regional Deployment organization, eg. normative, tools, training.
- Central relation with partner ecosystem devoted to deployment and home installations in the area. Responsibility in general actions with partners, eg related to contract actions
- Work as a team with the Regional Deployment organization providing support and sharing objectives.
- Efficient and quality execution of installation of fiber services in customer premises
- Identification of general risks in the deployment and coordinate solutions with the rest of the teams
- Preparation of forecasts, planning and decision templates in terms of home installations

**Your profile**:

- Degree with a focus on business/network engineering/electrical systems. Alternatively, a successfully completed technical vocational training combined with professional experience in these areas
- Proven 3-7 years of professional experience in project management (e.g. management consulting, project lead in fiber optics market)
- Experience in deployment projects, knowledge in the field of fiber optic communications technology and fiber optic expansion (construction, law and standardization, fiber optic networks, home installations of different kind like SDU or MDUs of diverse size)
- It will be positively valued the experience in leading projects and activity relates to installing fiber services in homes, with similar technical skills and capabilities as well as experience in project management with several stakeholders internal, distributed teams, externals and authorities and/or regulation
- Agile mindset as well as great motivation and positive thinking to take on a technical leadership role and drive topics forward together with the teams
- Good communication skills in German & English (verbal and written)
