What You Can Expect
- You contribute to the company's data-driven strategy by enabling scalable ML/AI solutions and shaping the evolution of ML/MLOps system and software architecture
- You design and develop a state-of-the-art data and AI platform on AWS and Snowflake
- You architect, implement and optimise robust data and ML pipelines while building, scaling and maintaining ML/AI applications on AWS and Snowflake
- You automate ML processes including pipelines, deployments and model serving (MLOps)
- You collaborate with Data Science and Business Intelligence teams to deliver self-service BI, predictive analytics and machine learning solutions
- You continuously improve the stability, performance and automation of the data platform
Requirements:
- You have proven experience in developing and deploying scalable ML pipelines, including building batch and streaming ELT pipelines as well as data warehouses and data lakes
- You possess a solid understanding of machine learning principles, MLOps practices and are proficient in at least one relational database technology and one ELT framework
- You bring hands-on expertise with cloud infrastructure – ideally AWS and SageMaker – and have experience with Snowflake and preferably Snowflake ML
- You are skilled in PySpark, dbt or similar tools and have advanced programming skills in Python and SQL
- You are familiar with CI/CD tools such as GitLab and have knowledge of data security and privacy regulations
- You demonstrate a growth mindset, learn and adapt quickly, and share your knowledge with the team
- You are fluent in English and German and are available to join us in the office two days per week
