**Deine Aufgaben**
**- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Audience Development Teams mit Fokus auf die Steigerung der Reichweite und Nutzerbindung über alle digitalen Kanäle (Web, App, Social Media, etc.)
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Optimierung der Nutzerakquise und -bindung
- Analyse und Monitoring von Performance-Daten und KPIs zur Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen
- Koordination, Durchführung und Testing von Kampagnen zur Reichweitensteigerung, einschließlich SEO, Content-Marketing, Dialogue und Social Media
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Redaktions-, Marketing
- und Technik-Teams zur Sicherstellung einer integrierten Audience-Development-Strategie
- Identifizierung und Implementierung neuer Technologien und Tools zur Reichweitensteigerung und Nutzerbindung
- Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an das Management und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen basierend auf datengetriebenen Insights
- Verantwortung für das Budget und die Ressourcenplanung des Teams

**Dein Profil**
**- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medien, Marketing, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Audience Development, idealerweise in einem digitalen Medienunternehmen
- Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Tiefgehendes Verständnis der digitalen Medienlandschaft und aktueller Trends im Bereich Audience Development
- Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Analysetools wie Piano Analytics, Social Media Insights, SEO-Tools etc.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine datengetriebene Denkweise.
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
- Leidenschaft für Sport und Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse einer sportaffinen Zielgruppe
