**Your mission**:
- Responsible of the Home Connection project plan with results orientation and implementing the related technical and operational normative, process and procedures, tools to be used globally in UGG´s fiber deployment projects by the teams in charge of the home connection (construction) and installation. It includes NE3, NE4 and NE5 activities
- Responsible of the work order processes, managing and monitoring the execution by the partner ecosystem until as-built and acceptance. Always aiming to improvement, performance, efficiency and quality assurance
- Collaborate with the Regional Deployment organization and ecosystem of partner companies, eg. normative, tools, training, onboarding
- Central relation with partner ecosystem devoted to deployment and home installations. Lead in general actions with partners, eg related to deployment and connectivity plan for customers
- Participation in representation of the Home Connection in transversal projects in UGG with IT and Commercial departments
- Efficient and quality execution of installation of fiber services in customer premises
- Identification of general risks in the deployment and coordinate solutions with the rest of the teams
- Preparation of forecasts, planning and decision templates in terms of home installations
**Your profile**:
- Degree with a focus on business/network engineering/electrical systems. Alternatively, a successfully completed technical vocational training combined with professional experience in these areas
- Proven experience of at least 2 years of professional experience in project management (e.g. management consulting, project lead in fiber optics market)
- Experience in fiber deployment projects. Proven technical, design and deployment knowledge in the field of fiber optic communications technology and fiber optic expansion. Particularly regarding home installations of different kind like SDU or MDUs of diverse size
- Experience in projects and activity related to installing fiber services in homes, with similar technical skills and capabilities and knowledge in all or part of the activities which are under the responsibility of the position, specifically in the NE3, NE4 and NE5 areas will be positively valued
- Experience in project management with several stakeholders internal, distributed teams, externals and specially with Authorities and/or Regulation will be positively valued. Knowledge of companies working in the MDU NE4 and NE5 activity will be most valued
- Knowledge of in-building regulation for fiber deployment (DIN, TKG)
- Agile mindset as well as great motivation for challenges and positive thinking to take on a technical leadership role and drive topics forward together with the teams
- Good communication skills in German & English (verbal and written)
