Als Teammitglied innerhalb unseres vielfältigen People & Organisation Teams arbeitest Du mit daran, ein befähigendes und vielfältiges Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen, um das Beste aus jedem von uns hervorzubringen.

Als People Operations Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst Du aktive Verantwortung für P&O Admin-Themen. Du unterstützt unsere People & Organisation Partner in allen administrativen Belangen und gestaltest gemeinsam mit uns eine moderne und wertschätzende Personalarbeit.

**Deine Aufgaben sind**:

- Du bist zuständig für alle administrativen Personalangelegenheiten - von der Erstellung von Vertragsänderungen und Zeugnissen bis hin zur eigenständigen Bearbeitung des Melde
- und Bescheinigungswesens.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die vorbereitende Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung in Abstimmung mit unseren People & Organisation Partnern und unserem externen Dienstleister.
- Du kümmerst Dich um unser operatives und administratives Tagesgeschäft, d.h. Du bist verantwortlich für die Führung der elektronischen Personalakte und betreust das HR-Tool Personio.
- Du behaltest Fristen im Auge und koordinierst alle anfallenden Aufgaben.
- Du bist mit Begeisterung für unsere betriebliche Altersvorsorge zuständig und bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeitenden.
- Du korrespondierst souverän mit internen und externen Partnern, Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern.
- Du hast Lust, an spannenden, teamübergreifenden Projekten zu arbeiten.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du hast bereits 2-3 Jahre Erfahrungen in der Personalverwaltung gesammelt.
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen, gerne auch in einem Scale Up.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und gute Kenntnisse im Lohn
- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, bist initiativ, verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hast ein Auge für Details.
- Du bist verantwortungsbewusst und vertrauenswürdig.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
