**People Operations Associate (M/F/d)**

We are seeking a People Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support key projects and work closely with the People Operations Manager to streamline our People Operations function, from on-boarding to off-boarding, ensuring a seamless and exceptional employee journey. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, detail
- focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace.

**You will**:

- Support in end-to-end processes for both on-boarding and off-boarding of employees to ensure a smooth transition and positive experience
- Create employment contracts and other HR legal documents as and when required
- Support with the development of existing people processes, policies and tools
- Identify and implement enhancements to our People Operations processes for increased efficiency and an improved employee experience
- Support with payroll preparation, liaising with all relevant stakeholders
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and IT team to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees
- Ensure and maintain accurate personnel data on our HRIS

**The next Moonfarian**:

- 2-3 years experience in a HR role, ideally within a startup environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
- Proficient in project management
- Able to build relationships quickly and manage a variety of stakeholders
- Prior experience in preparing and reviewing payroll
- Able to deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
