**People Operations Partner (f/m/d)**

We provide our customers with 360-degree advice through our network of advisors and optimize each individual's risk coverage by offering innovative prevention, assistance, and insurance products. We integrate the extensive know-how built up in the individual countries and the exchange of experience to build strong expertise among the wefox technology experts in our Tech Hubs in Barcelona, Paris, and Milan.

As our **People Operations Partner (f/m/d)** your mission is to create and maintain scalable processes and a great employee experience towards our employees, ensuring all employment relevant issues (like Payroll, Insurance, Pension) and other employee queries are solved compliant and in a timely manner.

**The exciting opportunity we have to offer**:

- Responsible for employee life cycle management processes such as onboarding, termination, personal data changes, internal transfers, all kinds of employee documentation according to local legislation
- Leading projects related to people operations as well as setting up and constantly shaping people operations processes to ensure smooth workflows
- Partner with our external payroll provider as well as pensions companies and preparation of all necessary payroll files and inputs
- Answer all queries from employees regarding People policies and procedures

**What will help you to be successful in this role**:

- Knowledgeable working in HRIS systems
- 2+ years of HR operations work experience
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and procedures, employment relations and HR information systems
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
