Deine Mission

Wir suchen eine:n strategische:n und empathische:n People Partner, der oder die bereit ist, die erste Teamlead-Rolle zu übernehmen.

In dieser Position berichtest Du direkt an unsere:n Chief People Officer und kombinierst hands-on People Business Partnering mit der Führung eines kleinen, agilen People Operations Teams.

Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Manager:innen und Teams in allen People-Themen und förderst gleichzeitig operative Exzellenz sowie Teamentwicklung entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles.

Deine AufgabenPeople Partnering & Strategie
  • Agiere als vertrauensvolle:r Berater:in für Führungskräfte zu Organisationsdesign, Teamdynamiken und Workforce Planning

  • Steuere HR-Initiativen im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen, z. B. Performance Enablement, Talentkalibrierung oder Engagement-Strategien

  • Coache Führungskräfte in People Leadership, Feedback und Entwicklungspraktiken

  • Arbeite eng mit dem Leadership Team an Change-Management- und Kommunikationsstrategien

  • Kooperiere eng mit Deinen Kolleg:innen aus dem Talent Acquisition Team, um eine nahtlose, ganzheitliche People Experience sicherzustellen

People Operations Leadership
  • Führe, coache und entwickle ein Team von zwei People Operations Specialists am Standort Berlin

  • Überwache das Tagesgeschäft im Bereich People Operations und stelle konsistente, rechtssichere und effiziente Prozesse rund um Onboarding, Offboarding, Verträge, Benefits und mehr sicher – für alle Mitarbeitenden in Europa (insb. Deutschland)

  • Treibe operative Exzellenz, Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierungen über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle hinweg voran

  • Verantworte und optimiere Personio, unsere Systeme sowie Datenqualität

Was Du mitbringst
  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im HR-Bereich, davon solide Erfahrung als HR Business Partner oder People Partner

  • Leidenschaft für Coaching und People Development – und den Wunsch, in eine erste Führungsrolle hineinzuwachsen

  • Starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Vertrauen aufzubauen und auf allen Ebenen zu überzeugen

  • Fundiertes Verständnis von HR-Grundlagen: Arbeitsrecht, HRIS, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits etc.

  • Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung komplexer Employee-Relations-Themen mit gutem Urteilsvermögen, Empathie und einem unternehmerischen Mindset

  • Analytisches Denken – Du nutzt People-Daten, um Entscheidungen zu beeinflussen

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Nice-to-Haves
  • Erfahrung in einem schnell skalierenden Umfeld oder in einer Start-up-/Scale-up-Kultur

  • Erste informelle Führungserfahrung (z. B. Mentoring, Projektleitung)

  • Erfahrung mit internationaler HR-Arbeit oder verteilten Teams

  • Kenntnisse in Personio oder ähnlichen Tools
