We are ambassadors and live our role **Your role**: In your role as Learning & Development Partner (M/F/d) you’ll partner with Business leads and the People & Organisation Team to develop global (digital) learning and development programs and initiatives as well as talent management processes. In this role, you’ll also join a passionate team and be a trusted advisor to leaders in support of empowering TecAlliance to do their best work as we continue to grow. **Your tasks** - Develop, implement, and execute our **people development strategies, programs, and initiatives** that align with the global organisation's goals and values - Participate in and shape all crucial People Development topics involving **Training, Leadership Development, Coaching, Talent Management, Performance Management **and more - Design and own **performance management processes** and drive initiatives to create a **culture of continuous feedback**: - Implement** attractive** **talent programs** in order to improve retention and employee satisfaction - Support digitisation and accompany the **implementation and administration of the HR management software "D365HR"** in the area of Learning & Development - Keep ahead of the latest learning and talent management trends, tools, and techniques to provide the **best possible learning and development experiences** to our employees - Prepare and use analytics to develop insights and **measure the impact** of these processes, programs, and initiatives on organizational goals **Your profile** - You have completed an academic degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, HR or a related field - 8+ years of professional experience in the fields of strategic HR and leadership development as well as talent management, ideally in a technical consulting or IT environment - Practical experience in the design and implementation of (digital) talent development projects - Able to translate vision and strategy into clear, actionable goals and design and operationalize end-to-end supporting processes - Ability to develop tailor-made (digital) people development solutions based on individual requirements - Leverage data-driven analytics to measure and continuously improve the success of learning initiatives - Ideally experienced in managing a learning management platform (MS D365HR or other) - Strong consulting skills, service mentality, and persuasiveness in dealing with various stakeholders - Strong bias for action and self-starter - Willingness to travel up to 20% - Excellent English and German skills, both spoken and written **Do you have questions?** **As part of TecAlliance you benefit from...***: - Contracts, Salary and non-monetary benefits_ Our fixed base salary is paid within 12 salaries and as extra, you have a 3% variable that is based on company performance Company pension plan ️Group accident insurance ‍️ Bike leasing Discounts on our corporate benefits program with a broad range of partners in case you work on one of our sites, we offer subsidized meals - Location-independency & flexibility stay with us:_ Full Remote: we work fully remotely within Germany and you can work from anywhere; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal ‍ Set-up: for this we will provide you with a tailored tech set-up (Dell devices, the standard remote package includes a notebook, 2monitors, headset, mobile phone, mouse + keyboard, docking station) Vacation: 30 days a year ️ Balance job & life: Flexible working hours: you decide where and when you work OKRs instead of micromanagement: our OKRs ensure that our leadership style is based on results, not the process.
