**Your Role**:
We’re looking for a **Head of Revenue Operations (f/m/d)**to take ownership of our commercial operations and help drive our revenue engine. You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, Finance, Tech and Product with a clear mission: to build a scalable, data-driven commercial infrastructure that fuels growth and efficiency at LIQID.
**What exactly will you do?**
- Design, implement and continuously improve sales & relationship management processes
- Lead OKR, KPI and data-driven performance tracking; QA experience would be an add-on
- Drive operational excellence and change, including automation and system optimization
- Collaborate deeply across Teams: Marketing, Finance, with regular touch points in Product and Tech
- Remove blockers and elevate the commercial execution engine
- Monitor commercial and client activity, such as call shadowing, process bottlenecks, conversion analysis

**What you bring**:

- 8+ years' experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops or similar roles, ideally in B2C, Wealth/Fintech, or SaaS environments
- Deep sales funnel and CRM expertise, especially Salesforce, plus familiarity with commercial tool stacks
- Strong grasp of sales KPIs, funnel metrics, dashboards and process mapping
- Highly analytical with strong skills in BI tools, Excel/G-Sheets, Lucidchart
- Operative mindset with cross-functional collaboration experience, who successfully steers change processes
- Clear communicator with a structured, ownership-driven and pragmatic working style (fluency in German and English)
