**What we’re looking for**:
The Professional IFRS Group Accountant (m/w/d) will collaborate independently to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements following IFRS guidelines. Also he/she needs to ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations and will set respective guidelines and policies. Additionally, the Professional Group Accountant (m/w/d) will be the primary point of contact for the annual financial audit for Autodoc Group. Close collaboration with other Accounting Departments and external Auditors will be vital for these tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize the month-end reporting process for the Group, managing the various internal and external accountants and providing support to ensure reporting deadlines are met.
- Taking full ownership of the management accounts for the central companies, liaising with key stakeholders, and ensuring the reporting obligations are met.
- Collaboration in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements.
- Identifying key opportunities and implementing changes to adapt financial processes that reduce risk and enhance the financial control environment.
- Completing regular balance sheet and P&L reviews of the various companies in the group including documentation of internal controls.
- Review of new contracts and preparation of accounting memos Ad hoc analysis to improve the understanding of financial results.

Qualifications:

- Degree: Economics/ Accounting.
- Experience in group accounting and IFRS accounting.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an auditing firm or in the group accounting department of an industrial company.
- Language skills: German and English (must have) / Russian (would be a +).
- Operational experience with international accounting teams
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in capital market-oriented companies or Private Equity owned companies.
