Join our dynamic Global Finance & Controlling Team as an **Expert IFRS & Group Accounting (M/F/d)**in **KWS Berlin GmbH,**where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and transparency. In this critical position, you will leverage your strong IFRS expertise to drive excellence in financial reporting. This job will be **unlimited** and **full-time**in **Berlin**.

**Your tasks**:

- Acting as a global IFRS advisor on specific IFRS standards (IFRS Desk)
- Supporting preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS and preparing group reports and ad-hoc analysis
- Document and update KWS-wide accounting policies according to latest standards and interpretations
- Handling special IFRS topics during quarterly closings and business partner/units queries
- Develop and perform quality reviews of financial statements and reporting packages
- Documentation and improvements of accounting related processes and procedures (driving change)
- Provide internal trainings & presentations
- Supporting the external audit

**Your profile**:

- Preferably, you have an academic degree with a focus on Accounting/Audit or another international accountants’ certificate
- You have several years of experience in the field of Audit and/or Group Accounting
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must, German as a plus
