Your Tasks:

- Consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual group financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Manage the impairment tests process in accordance with IFRS, providing decision templates and guidance to management.
- Serve as the IFRS expert and business partner for all entities within the organization.
- Collaborate closely with subsidiary entities to collect financial data and resolve intercompany transactions, ensuring seamless integration into the consolidation process and enhance data accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements, while also driving the development and enhancement of internal policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes related to group financial statements, address inquiries and implement recommendations to strengthen financial controls.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within group accounting and reporting, implementing changes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Implement a Group Accounting Manual.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in an accounting role within a corporate group or audit firm
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and consolidation techniques
- Proficiency in using financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment and navigate complex financial scenarios
- Disciplined and self-motivated; keeping attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multinational teams and departments
- Fluent in German and English
