**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IFRS
- Oversee all IFRS matters, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and other financial reports
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team on technical accounting issues related to IFRS
- Coordinate with external auditors and advisors to ensure compliance with IFRS and resolve any issues identified
- Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of financial statements for the group
- Develop and implement controls to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information
- Monitor changes in IFRS and assess the impact on the organization
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, as needed
- Manage and maintain Netsuite financial systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Support the finance team with bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions
- Work effectively in an international environment and manage intercompany transactions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role overseeing group accounting and implementing IFRS
- Ability to work independently and on a standalone basis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
