Aufgaben

Als Team Lead Marketing Design (all genders) führst Du ein 2-köpfiges Team, berätst in der Konzeption neuer Marketing Designs und optimierst unsere bestehende Prozesse und Strukturen.
- Als Team Lead Marketing Design (m/w/d) bist Du für die operative Umsetzung, strategische Weiterentwicklung und Führung unseres Marketing Design Teams verantwortlich
- Du definierst die visionäre Marketingausrichtung maßgeblich mit, füllst diese mit Leben und setzt den Fokus auf Customer Centricity
- Du agierst mit Deinen Stakeholder: innen auf Augenhöhe und optimierst unsere Prozesse und Strukturen in der cross-funktionalen Zusammenarbeit
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, Entwicklung sowie das Mentoring unserer zwei Marketing Designer und förderst den bereichsübergreifenden Austausch

Anforderungen
- Du blickst auf mehrjährige und einschlägige Erfahrung als Marketing Designer: in, idealerweise im agilen Arbeitsumfeld, zurück
- Du kannst bereits Erfolge in der Führung eines (Projekt-)teams oder in einem abgeschlossenen Projekt mit multilateralen Stakeholder: innen vorweisen
- Du inspirierst und förderst als Mentor: in die fachliche, persönliche und vor allem stärkenorientierte Weiterentwicklung Deiner individuellen Teammitglieder
- Dein Herz schlägt für innovative Marketing Designs zur Optimierung von Ads & Assets sowie die Anwendung von Typografien und Kompositionen
- Du arbeitest gern im Team, bist empathisch und punktest neben Deiner Experimentierfreudigkeit sowie Kreativität auch mit einer gesunden Portion Humor
