Fabletics is currently looking for a passionate and experienced hands on Design Team Lead / Creative Director to join our Brand Design Team, based in Berlin, Germany.

As the Design Team Lead, you will guide our Design Team and drive the creative vision across all platforms and projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the brand/graphic design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, user-centered design solutions that align with our brand and business goals.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers- Define and communicate a compelling design vision and strategy- Own the design roadmap and all creative workflows for onsite, print designs and all Marketing channels- Support campaign ideation: Develop cohesive visual concepts from strategic briefs for use across multiple channels for static assets and short videos.- Collaborate on messaging: Work closely with copywriters and localization teams to align visuals with tone and intent- Support photoshoot post-production: Assist with image editing and retouching to ensure quality and consistency.- Maintain and oversee brand guidelines, templates, and their consistency while aligning on channel-specific behavior with Marketing channel owner- Drive design process improvements and implement best practices, guiding the team in user research, ideation, and usability testing- Review and conduct design reviews, providing feedback to ensure consistency and high quality / excellence- Hands-on support on operational tasks in design, production, and creation of graphic materials- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact solutions

**Required Skills**:
- + 7 years of design experience in a similar role and + 3 years of team lead experience- Bachelor's degree in design, or related field- Advanced level in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Creative Suite)- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web and design work, strong visual and storytelling skills, passion for graphic design, and attention to detail- Visual Design: Strong fundamentals in typography, color theory, layout, and composition tailored for digital interfaces.- Digital platform and UX/UI knowledge: Skilled in designing web and mobile with a strong grasp of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and platform best practices.- Deep understanding of design systems and tools (e.g. Figma); AI Tools such as Midjourney are a Plus- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills- Experience mentoring or managing other designers- Strong problem-solving skills and a bias towards action
