So far, our products have already avoided using over 8 million plastic bottles and producing countless tonnes of unnecessary CO2 emissions and chemicals. Together, with you as** Intern Talent Acquisition & People Administration (all genders)**, we want to take everdrop to the next level. In doing so, you will be a supporting part of our mission to inspire people to opt for sustainable cleaning agents in their everyday life.

**Please note: A requirement for your internship with us is that your primary residence is in Germany.**

**Your tasks**:

- You will support our Talent Acquisition Manager as well as our People Administration Manager in their day-to-day business.
- You will accompany the entire recruiting process and actively support it - from the design of job advertisements, the pre-selection of applicants, to conducting interviews to the hiring of new colleagues.
- You will ensure that our job advertisements are always up to date and independently take care of maintaining our applicant management system as well as external job boards.
- You will get the chance to take on responsibility for recruiting working students and interns at everdrop.
- You will support in administrative and organizational tasks e.g. contract changes, preparation of employment certificates, updating personnel data in our HR system etc.
- In addition, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in upcoming People & Culture topics.

**Your profile**:

Even more than qualifications on paper we value passion about sustainability and the motivation to make the world a little cleaner with us. That's why we're looking for new colleagues with drive, a proactive approach and a hands-on mentality - and of course a healthy dose of humour.
- You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a comparable course of study.
- You have already gained some practical experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting in a previous internship.
- You love being in contact with people, communicating, and learning new things.
- You are an organizational talent and able to stay on top of things, even in critical phases.
- You enjoy structured and administrative work and have an eye for detail.
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German (C2) and English (B2).
