**THE TEAM**

**LEARNINGS AS AN INTERN**
- Job Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and job market dynamics to better understand talent availability and competition.
- Compliance and Regulations: Familiarize yourself with legal and ethical aspects of recruitment
- Diversity and Inclusion: Learn the significance of diversity and inclusion in recruitment and strategies for promoting a diverse workforce.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist and support several areas of Talent Acquisition when needed
- Maintain our ATS system
- Work on your independent recruiting projects
- Create internal and external recruiting content

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, Sociology or similar field of studies. Preference will be given to students looking to complete mandatory internships.
- Available to work 40 hours per week for at least 3 months.
- Exceptional skills when it comes to listening carefully, using logic and reason, following through on tasks, having a positive can-do attitude, and communicating effectively in both writing and speaking.
- Passion for recruiting

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Previous Internship or Working Student experience
- German language skills
