For our team in Munich, we are currently looking for an

**Talent Acquisition Specialist**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the full recruiting lifecycle across various EU locations, segments and functions
- Conducting interviews and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience by using our assessment tools (interviews, case studies, cognitive testing, reference checks)
- Drafting employment contracts according to templates and supporting onboarding process
- Staying active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to acquire talent
- Supporting Employer Branding initiatives
- Preparing relevant reports
- Other day to day ad hoc administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an in-house talent function or in a recruitment agency in an multinational environment
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to with great attention to detail toward very tight deadlines
- Passion about HR and Talent Acquisition methods
- Problem solver with strong work ethics

**Languages**:

- Fluent in English as well as one other of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Spanish
