We are looking to hire our first Talent Acquisition Intern to support in driving improved efficiency and speed in our recruitment practices. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead and support the end to end recruitment workflow, from interviewing, organise interviews, contribute to recruitment projects and display initiative and ownership on your processes and projects. This is a great learning opportunity if you are aiming to grow your career in the recruitment field and are willing to learn from a diverse and international team.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Qwello you will work with the recruiting team to deliver quality talents for diverse job openings through search assignments, map the talent market, and provide search insights to support in the decision making process for our hiring plans.

**Your Responsibilities \uD83D\uDE80**:

- Work with the recruiting team to develop a sourcing plan for divers job openings
- Create market mapping to help understand the competitive and talent landscape
- Learn to build and develop talent pipeline for diverse job openings
- Help in proactive sourcing for diverse job roles, and interested in testing different sourcing channels and practices to increase recruiting efficiency
- Prepare job postings in alignment with the recruitment team and post on relevant job boards
