**Your mission**:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern supporting our People team, you will play a vital role in attracting top talent to contribute to our innovative organization, making sure that appliedAI hires the best people in the AI space. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist and our People and Culture specialists, contributing to various aspects of the end-to-end recruiting process and gaining exposure to diverse topics.

The internship provides a unique opportunity to learn best practices and gain hands-on experience in the recruitment space. You will be working closely with a team that will focus on your development and make sure you have the support you need in your role and have fun while doing it :D

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in job posting, active search, and managing applicants in Personio.
- Support in the preparation of employment contracts.
- Keep the Applicant Tracking System up to date and support system administration when needed
- Actively participate with ideas to take our recruitment to the next level by suggesting ways for process enhancement
- Our team has so many exciting events and topics that you can participate in as well in addition to recruitment (e.g., onboarding events, Values Days, Employee Development)

**Profile**:

- Currently studying in HR, Psychology, Management, Communications or a similar study program
- Passion for the recruitment space and talent acquisition
- Very good communication skills in both verbal and written and the ability to integrate into a multicultural environment. The ability to speak german is a plus.
- High learning agility
