Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions is a Business Group of Freudenberg and a leading global supplier of branded cleaning systems as well as household and laundry care products. **Responsibilities**:
- As an active member of the global Business Unit Leadership Team, you contribute to the long term vision and strategy of the Business Unit and drive business and organizational development as well as performance and compensation management.
- As an active member of the global HR Leadership Team, you contribute to the development of the global HR Strategy and ensure the alignment with the Business Strategy within your area of responsibility.
- You serve as a trusted advisor and partner to our business leaders and have a full focus on creating a positive employee relations environment and culture.
- By providing clear guidance on processes and tools you lead the long-range Talent Management approach within the Business Unit, ensuring the development of key potentials.
- You lead the talent acquisition of key positions within the Business Unit, through a dedicated internal Talent Management approach as well as though dedicated external recruitment.
- You ensure full compliance and adherence to our Guiding Principles and Corporate HR guidelines and policies within the area of responsibility.
**Qualifications**:
- An academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
- You have 5 or more years proven knowledge in HR leadership and international HR Management exposure.
- You have a distinct knowledge of Human Resources trends and business acumen to maintain literacy about the business’ financial position, strategic direction, value chain and culture.
- You provide proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools; experience with Workday is a plus.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and expertise in conflict resolution, paired with strong leadership and influencing skills to be able to act as a trusted advisor to executives.
- You have the ability to interact and communicate to all levels within the organization.
- You have good knowledge of relevant software tools e.g. Workday, and Compensation benchmarking software.
- You are fluent in English, other languages are beneficial.
