**Responsibilities**:

- You will support us in the visualization of data models and workflows as well as the documentation in a knowledge database
- You will support the definition of a KPI system to measure system utilization
- You will support the development and implementation of a user-oriented communication approach
- You will support the organization and implementation of the global training framework
- Our project office is the point of contact for various global Human Resources projects and you will provide support through your collaboration

**Qualifications**:

- You are currently studying business administration, human resources or information technology
- You are characterized by your independent and precise way of working as well as analytical skills
- You have a very good command of German and written and spoken English
- Your good computer skills in dealing with modern office communication and collaboration tools, e.g. Microsoft 365, Mural, etc. round off your profile
- You also work full-time with a high degree of flexibility
