Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions is a Business Group of Freudenberg and a leading global supplier of branded cleaning systems as well as household and laundry care products. The portfolio includes brands such as Vileda®, and Vileda Professional®. The company employs more than 3,200 people and hosts a distribution network in 35 countries.
New, effective products and distribution channels, technical innovations and a strong customer focus have been the company’s key success factors. They are supported by extensive market and customer research on an international basis as well as innovation centers and production plants around the world.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and strategically develop the VILEDA Professional brand and its corresponding Corporate Identity guidelines and assume ownership of master webpages
- Drive international and local digital marketing strategy and implementation
- Initiate and drive digital platforms and projects in close collaboration with country organizations
- Support the Solution Development team in new product development to make sure brand and communication guidelines are considered
- Develop the organization worldwide, train and foster knowledge exchange, improve media efficiency
**Qualifications**:
- Academic degree required
- Proven track record of 6 years or more in product management, marketing, product development or technical sales ideally in B2B environment
- Experience in influencing multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong Brand Architect skill set, commercial awareness and high level experience of innovation management
- Fluent English
