We are live with leading car brands and work with the most recognized brands on enabling the future of mobility You will be a part of our Sales & Business Development Team which plays an integral role in growing the future success of our platform by inspiring the biggest brands for our innovative solution.

As our Sales & Business Development Intern you are considered a full part of our team, making critical decisions that will not only have an impact on your team, but the overall achievement of our company vision. You’ll get to work closely with your mentor and team members while taking ownership of initiatives independently. We are driven by the passion to recognize aspiring talents and are therefore committed to helping you grow both professionally and personally.

Your role
- Implement strategic initiatives and take ownership of projects related to business development, sales, and marketing: Your research and preparation is the essential factor for the success of our customer meetings and workshops
- Identify ideal customers and support outreach efforts to win large international brands and businesses: You are directly involved in the development of new markets for our solution and define focus companies and contact persons in new regions
- Build and refine sales, marketing, and onboarding strategies for businesses: You analyze, manage and optimize workflow processes and data management to improve business procedures as well as manage staffing and workflow
- Support of our Sales team with daily changing challenges in a dynamic environment: You work and get insights on various sales and business development related topics of all stages while being supported by one of our experienced mentors

Our requirements
- Current enrollment in a master’s program or nearing completion of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in the field of Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Economics (or similar)
- Availability for a 4-6 Months internship (follow-up employment as a Working Student or Full-Time is possible)
- Proficiency in English (min. B2+), German is a plus
- Previous internship or working student experience (ideally in Sales, Advertising, Consulting or Marketing)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Experience in Project management or Salesforce is a plus
- Hands-On and Can-Do mindset
- Curiosity to learn, dive deep into new topics, and support putting insights into action
- Strong team player, who is happy sharing knowledge with others
