**In a nutshell**:
- We are looking for a Sales & Business Development intern in our German Sales organization, who wants to join us in leading the hybrid work transformation and support our customers in the German-speaking market.
- In this, we are searching for an open-minded & curious student, who wants to support us both in strategic initiatives as well as “in the field” activities.
- You will be working in an international environment in our office in the heart of Munich (Königsplatz).
**What you will be doing**
- Support our German sales team both on strategic initiatives and “in the field” activities
- Support a major growth initiative for the region
- Gain a deep understanding of industry trends, use cases and customer needs to support strategic decisions
- Own and execute individual projects that foster sales and customer understanding
- Support our team leads with their strategic priorities
**Who you are**:
- Strong self-initiative, strategic mindset and the willingness to think out of the box
- Exceptional structuring and analytical skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Interest in all sales related topics and willingness to learn the latest sales and B2B trends.
- Positive personality with a strong desire for personal growth
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills
- Open minded and a natural relationship builder
- High degree of proactivity, a self-directed working style and a willingness to continuously contribute ideas
**Education & Experience**
- You are currently in the second half of your Bachelor’s or Master’s program
- First experience in sales or marketing, management or consulting as well as experience in an international environment is a strong plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and German
