**About the Role**

We are constantly testing and scaling new channels—both organic and paid—to reach our users and drive growth. As a **Growth Marketing Intern (3-6 months)**, you will be joining a small, dynamic team where your contributions will have a direct impact. This is a very hands-on role, ideal for someone who wants to gain experience in demand generation marketing at an early-stage SaaS startup. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment, learn, and grow quickly in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scout and manage influencers to create engaging content about Synthflow across platforms like YouTube (videos), LinkedIn, newsletters etc.
- Manage organic content on our social profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to keep our audience engaged and up-to-date on all things Synthflow AI.
- Collaborate with our design team to create compelling assets for ads and social media posts.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as case studies, testimonials, and sales-enabling content, sharing valuable feedback with our product and sales teams.
- Organize and manage the creation of webinars, live-build sessions, and other educational content to keep our users engaged and informed.
- Support in managing paid ads across different channels and testing new paid and organic marketing strategies.
- Help with content creation and distribution for our weekly newsletter to users.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, as the role is fully in English.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for marketing and digital channels.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Basic knowledge of design tools and video editing is a plus.
- Experience with web development tools like Webflow or Wordpress.
- Eagerness to learn and test new marketing strategies.
