Your work will define how the world sees akirolabs and you’ll shape how akirolabs is perceived by the market, positioning us as the leading SaaS solution for category management and procurement.You’ll take ownership of content and core marketing initiatives that directly fuel our sales pipeline, amplify our thought leadership, and build akirolabs’ authority across the procurement ecosystem. Your creativity and analytical mindset will turn ideas into measurable impact — driving visibility, engagement, and conversion across every stage of the buyer journey.In a market ready for AI driven procurement transformation, your storytelling, execution, and growth instincts will help us capture this momentum, elevate our brand, and and helping us achieve our ambitious goal of inbound-driven growth.In this role you will:Theme 1: Content & Thought LeadershipExecute akirolabs’ content strategy across marketing, sales, and product goalsCreate and manage content: blogs, case studies, customer stories, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, webinar scriptsResearch topics around procurement to produce thought-leadership posts and materials (ebooks, trend reports, and blog posts) that reinforce akirolabs’ position as a leader in procuretech SaaS categoryBring creative ideas to life that drive inbound lead pipeline and brand authority.Theme 2: Campaigns & VisibilitySupport the creation and execution of joint partner events, webinars, and other initiatives to drive engagementBuild, nurture and qualify akirolabs’ marketing audience through targeted campaigns and email marketing (e.g., ActiveCampaign)Develop and execute on-page SEO and AEO strategies to increase akirolabs’ visibility across platforms (e.g., Google Search, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)Stay ahead of market trends and competitor content, identifying opportunities for new content and campaign themesTheme 3: Enablement & PerformanceMaintain collaboration spaces (e.g., SharePoint, content trackers) to ensure teams have organized and accessible resourcesCreate and update sales enablement and solution consulting materials (e.g., sales decks, one pagers, workshop decks)Monitor website performance and report on traffic, and conversions using tools like GA4 and GSCBecome AI Native: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate your work and experiment with new approaches QualificationsYour ValuesScrappy problem-solver who figures things out independently rather than waiting for detailed instructionsYou learn quickly. You enjoy picking up new technologies, adapting to new contexts, and solving unfamiliar problems.The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously as a high level contributorTeam-First mentality: flexibility to lead, or support, as no job is too small or too bigComfort with AI tools and willingness to experimentYou bring creativity to both your strategic thinking and execution, developing innovative ideas that drive real business impactYou are motivated to build something from the ground up for a minimum of 5 monthsYour ProfileYou have a genuine interest for marketing and content-driven work, with the ability to quickly grasp new topics and turn complex ideas into clear, engaging, and accessible narratives.You are currently pursuing or have already obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, or a comparable subject at a university or business school.You have initial professional experience in a challenging, dynamic work environment (e.g., consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, etc.).Preferably experienced with building content-driven inbound lead funnels — including creating case studies, white papers, editorials, one-pagers, SEO-optimized articles, and web pages.Initial experience in managing marketing channels such as SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.Skilled in using visual design tools like Canva; proficiency in Photoshop is a plus.Familiarity with marketing automation, CMS and analytics tools such as ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Webflow and Google Search Console.A constant user and explorer of AI tools - you should already be using Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini/Perplexity, image/video generation tools daily.You are a strong communicator with excellent written and interpersonal skills in English; German is a big plusYou don’t need to meet every single requirement — if you’re motivated to learn and grow into this role, we want to hear from you Additional InformationWhy It MattersProcurement shapes how organizations connect with the world — from the suppliers they choose to the innovations they enable and the sustainability they deliver.
