**Job summary**:
As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our new ventures. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the travel industry and contribute to the growth of our new business ventures through data-driven marketing initiatives.

You will have the chance to work closely with experienced venture developers and enjoy a high degree of creative freedom and responsibility.

This being the case, you will work in small, autonomous and fast-moving teams in our Berlin office (remote work partially possible) and join our New Business stream.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the development and implementation of growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
Conduct market research to identify new customer segments, emerging trends, and competitive insights.
Analyse key performance metrics of the ventures and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Support the management and maintenance of customer databases and segmentation efforts to enhance personalized marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in growth marketing, sharing relevant insights and recommendations with the team.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

**Profile**:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong interest in marketing and knowledge of current trends and dynamics.
Basic understanding of growth marketing concepts, including customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
Ability to create visually appealing content.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to derive insights from data.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, spoken and written.

**Valuable additions**:
Previous work experience in the digital context preferred.
Understanding in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
Fluency in German.
