Your Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to join our Business Development team.

You will work directly with our management team to drive growth initiatives and expand our B2B reach across marketing, partnerships, and events. This is your chance to take ownership, experiment boldly, and build scalable processes that fuel Circu Li-ion's growth story.

This role is ideal for someone with a business mindset, creative flair, and interest in marketing, tech, and sustainability.

The position can be based on-site at our office in Luxembourg or performed remotely from Germany.
  
Your Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the management team to design and execute growth strategies across multiple channels.
  • Take ownership of top-of-funnel initiatives – run and optimize Paid Social, Paid Search, and partnership campaigns to boost awareness and inbound leads.
  • Make event participation a success – from concept to execution, ensure our presence at key industry events drives visibility and high-quality connections.
  • Leverage no-code and AI tools to scale B2B outreach, automate workflows, and experiment with creative growth hacks.
  • Identify and launch 0→1 growth projects – test ideas, validate hypotheses, and turn small experiments into scalable wins.
Your profile
  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's (final year) or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field at a top university.
  • You already have some work experience or internships in a fast-growing company (e.g., startup) or in consulting.
  • You understand the basics of LTV/CAC and what drives sustainable growth.
  • You demonstrate an analytical, proactive, and highly solution-oriented working style.
  • You have strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are highly interested in business development and have a strong desire to learn new things.
  • You are experienced in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment and can maintain a 100% focus on critical projects.
  • You hold yourself and others to high-quality standards and display a can-do attitude that inspires those around you.
