Ihre Aufgaben:

- Management der Gruppe Method Development innerhalb von Central Analytics
- Repräsentation von Central Analytics gegenüber anderen Abteilungen, Behörden und Kooperationspartnern
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Analytik Projekten und Koordinierung von Laborabläufen im Arbeitsbereich Method Development, insbesondere die Entwicklung und Validierung analytischer Prüfverfahren
- Organisation der Arbeitsprozesse, Auftragsverfolgung und Abwicklung mittels LIMS
- Bewertung und Überwachung von analytischen Arbeiten intern und extern (Methodenentwicklung und -validierungen, analytische Ergebnisse, Stabilitätsstudien)
- Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung der cGMP von Central Analytics gemäß behördlichen Vorgaben, Guidelines und Regularien, Erstellung und Überarbeitung von SOPs, Prüfanweisungen, Analysen-berichten, Prüfplänen, Abschlussberichten und anderen cGMP-Dokumenten
- Mitarbeit in Expert Teams im Rahmen von Entwicklungstätigkeiten,

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Life Sciences/Naturwissenschaften
- mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem analytischen Labor, Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung analytischer Methoden im GMP Labor
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung von Mitarbeitern, funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
- Kenntnisse in Analytik (HPLC, GC, MS, IR, UV), GMP- Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit computergestützten Systemen (GxP -Softwaresystemen, z.B. Chromeleon, LIMS), Qualitätsmanagement (z.B. ISO 13485)
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
